| Bill the Hatter will gladly issue a merchandise credit for all items returned in original packaging and within 21 days of shipment. Items must be returned in original condition, not soiled or worn. Your merchandise credit will be good towards the purchase of items from our website or catalog. |

| What if I order the wrong size, color etc. |
| We understand. Just simply return the item according to the return policy. Make sure you include the product number, size, color, etc. of the correct item and we will ship our upon receipt of your return. A $7.00 re-shipping fee will be applied for exchanges, however, you will not be charged if we shipped the wrong item. |

| Shipping Charges |
| Items are usually shipped within 2 to 5 days. Items paid by check ship in two weeks. We ship all orders through UPS or U.S. Mail. Allow up to a maximum of 30 days for items to be shipped. |
