| Bill the Hatter will gladly issue a merchandise credit for all items returned in original packaging and within 21 days of shipment. Items must be returned in original condition, not soiled or worn. Your merchandise credit will be good towards the purchase of items from our website or catalog. No cash refunds. |

| What if I order the wrong size, color etc. |
| We understand. Just simply return the item according to the return policy. Make sure you include the product number, size, color, etc. of the correct item and we will ship our upon receipt of your return. A $7.00 re-shipping fee will be applied for exchanges on hats , however, you will not be charged if we shipped the wrong item. For shoes $10.00 re-shipping fee. |
